Set up your sign in about two minutes

You'll need your sign, the sealed card from the box, and your phone.

1. Scan your sign

Point your phone's camera at the QR code on the front of the sign and tap the link. A new sign shows “This sign isn't set up yet.”

2. Enter your activation code

Open the sealed card and type the 12-character code (it looks like ABCD-EFGH-JKLM). The code only works on your sign, and only once.

3. Create your account

Use your email and a password. If you already have an account from another sign, sign in instead and the new sign is added to it.

4. Fill in your guest card

• Property name and a short welcome
• Wi-Fi network and password
• Check-in and checkout times
• Your name, phone and when you're reachable
• House notes: parking, heating, the dock, what to do before leaving
• Up to four photos, and a link to your full guidebook if you have one

Turn on Show this page to guests and save. Scan your sign again to see exactly what guests see.

Keep these off the page

Anyone who scans the sign can see the page, including past guests. Don't post door codes, lockbox codes or alarm codes. A separate guest Wi-Fi network is a good idea, so you can change its password between stays.

Keep the card

After activation the code on the card no longer works, but keep the card as proof of purchase. It shows your sign's serial number, which is also engraved on the back of the sign.
